Lauren graduated from the University of Florida in 2001 and went on to get her trainee license in 2005. She has been a Florida state certified real estate appraiser since 2007 when she opened Platinum Appraisals, LLC. Lauren is FHA approved and covers real estate appraisals in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. She is on several appraisal management panels and works with over a dozen lenders on a regular basis.
